There are some weddings that I feel extremely lucky to work on {because it doesn’t feel like work at all} and this is exactly how I felt the entire time that I worked with Rosie and Joe. They are warm, gracious, stylish, realistic, beautiful rock stars. And, I mean it when I say this: I wish I could plan this wedding over and over and over again.
My favorite thing about working with Rosie {aside from the fact that I’m just flat out obsessed with her beauty and charm} was when she came to me and said “I don’t really want to pick colors. I just want to have whatever colors” {Gasp!}. This allowed us so much freedom with the design and also gave us an opportunity us to have a hell of a lot of fun! In the end, we incorporated a plethora of colors including ivory, black, teal, ice blue, gold, garnet, blush, silver…you name it! I’m not going to lie – it scared me a bit – but the end result was nothing short of breathtaking and it was OH-SO-Rosie and Joe!
And, feel free to go ahead and gawk at that Carolina Herrera Dress miss Rosie is rocking! She certainly stole the show when she graced The Sacramento Cathedral in that stunner and then performed the opening song on stage with the band in it.
We were so fortunate to work with an amazing team on this event. Thanks so much to the always awesome Beth of True Love Photo for these off the hook images. All other team member credits are listed below.
And…just for fun…I tried to be a rock star like Rosie.
