Sometimes it’s not just the photo, but the story behind it. But let’s not lie, it’s still got to be a kick ass photo. I get tears in my eyes every time I look at this photo. First, because the beauty of it truly overwhelms me every single time I look at it. And second, because of the unparalleled good nature and positivity that Jill & Mike possess. I just love them.
What you can see when you look at this photo is love, fun, beauty and one of the most gorgeous settings known to man. You might also be able to tell that it was more than a bit windy. What you can’t see is the pouring rain they were dancing in, the double rainbow that was high in the sky above them and the unbreakable spirit of a couple so madly in love that they took the misfortune of pouring rain and turned it into something so powerfully beautiful. I felt overwhelmed when I looked over and saw this photo session taking place. Words really can’t describe it. And, to Johnstone Studios who captured them so perfectly that it causes me to shed one little tear each time I look at it….DAMN. Simply put, you rock. Hard.
