Seethal and Jason had, what I would call, the best wedding of all time. There was nothing about this Meadowood Napa wedding day that wasn’t absolutely perfect. I suppose that is what happens when you begin with one truly genuine, warm and incredibly fun couple, and end with a celebration that matched them to a T.
Seethal + Jason were planning from afar, on the east coast, so it was up to me and my team to locate that perfect spot. The challenge was in choosing one that would fit a couple that I had not yet met. After studying every little detail in their design questionnaire, we confidently chose Meadowood in Napa Valley for their wedding. Meadowood is one of our absolute favorite spots, which made choosing a location easy.
We spent just over ten months planning this beautiful soiree at the lovely Meadowood in Napa Valley. I knew the moment I walked in that this was the absolute perfect place for Seethal + Jason’s dream day to be brought to life. The surroundings created an incredible sense of beauty and intimacy that just could not be matched at any other venue. It was lush and beautiful and perfect for a stylish couple with a preppy vibe.
Once we secured this perfect spot, and began putting the details together, the design for this wedding really took off. And, then Honey Paperie came into the picture. Stephanie was able to execute a flawless design of their stationery suite, complete with the perfect custom logo. Every piece of paper at this event was crush-worthy. We were able to incorporate the paperie throughout the entire design and into elements like the champagne escort card table, the menus, the bride and grooms chair backs and the tags on the pashminas. It was a great subtle reminder throughout the day that this event was a reflection of Seethal and Jason’s style and a true celebration of the two of them.
Add in the lush greenery, the amazing food, the carefully selected wines and the meticulously designed details throughout. There was no doubt that we took every single guests’ breath away. Absolutely no detail was overlooked in the planning and design of this event. The evening exuded a feeling of warmth and a celebratory spirit unlike any I have seen at my many weddings. It was perfection.
