We are so excited to share our Crocker Art Museum Wedding shoot, which was recently featured in Sacramento Lifestyle Magazine. This shoot was everything that our personal dreams are made of; Lush greens, soft fabrics and gorgeous couture gowns.
The Venue..
The Crocker Art Museum is one of my absolute favorite wedding venues in the Sacramento area. We have planned over half a dozen weddings in this beautiful location int he past few years, since the opening of the new museum. The courtyard is an absolutely dreamy blank canvas – a designers dream. And, inside you will find expansive ceilings, incredible filtered light and impeccable art showcased throughout.
The Design..
The design for this shoot was based on a feeling of ethereal romance. Soft whites, mixed with natural greens and a mix of dreamy textures and patterns were at the forefront of the design. I love using mixed metallics and mixed shades of a particular color to create a monochromatic palette with great visual interest.
