Let’s face it. Every cake is my favorite cake…because I am a cake junkie. However, my cake addiction has been taken to a whole new level by my wonderful friend and colleague, Rebecca of Sweet Cakes by Rebecca. I hesitate to call Rebecca’s creations Just “cakes”. They are far more delicious than any other cake on earth and in addition, they are works of art with an attention to detail that is unsurpassed in the industry.

Megan & PJ’s wedding cake is a prime example of Rebecca’s art. The day I introduced Megan & PJ to Rebecca, we knew it was a match made in heaven. How did we know? Well, as we sat there ooh-ing and aah-ing over cake flavors, Rebecca was quietly working away on a design for Megan’s cake. And, when she presented it to Megan, there were tears. And, disbelief that someone could nail her vision that well, that quickly. Even I nearly fell out of my chair. It was simply amazing. And when this vision came to life it was all the more spectacular! Check out the hand painted sparrows, the skeleton key detail and the edible chandelier crystals. To…die..for!
